Linda A. Spencer

With a life goal of encouraging others, Linda A. Spencer was a Christian teacher, composer, concert artist and worship/song leader at French Camp Academy. As a staff member she not only lead worship in services there but also taught 5/6 chorus, Jr High chorus and High School chorus. (click on pic for larger view)

In addition to her teaching, she had spoken and lead singing at both young people and adult retreats, camps, conferences and various other events. Linda has several professional recordings of her music which receive airplay. 

As a composer, she has songs published by Scripture in Song, Maranatha Music, GlorySound, and others. A pianist all her life, she won third place in competition at the annual Christian Artist's Seminar in Colorado.

She founded Nehemiah Ministries which is run by a Board of Directors; this organization is a ministry of encouragement. 

Among her other experiences, she has written and produced commercials and commercial background music and jingles for WFCA, a Christian radio station in French Camp, Ms.

Prior to coming to French Camp Academy, she taught music in the New Orleans Public Schools and had a singing group with Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship students on the Tulane University campus.
